Regular client: Mystic Gear Bag update repair

Published an additional regular-client updater repair for the reported crashes when opening an inbox containing a Mystic Gear Bag. The Windows launcher now includes the corrected bag files. Fully close the regular client and MorgarOT launcher, then reopen through the MorgarOT launcher and let the update finish before logging in. No world restart is needed. If opening the inbox still causes a crash after updating, please report your character/world and the new client error log so we can investigate further.
